Ce anti-virus nu blocheaza redirectele sau la care se opeste usor firewallul?ca eu am AVG si nu stiu cum sa opresc firewallul.

Avast nu are firewall, nici AVG.
Dezactiveaza Windows Firewall din panoul de control.
