In nici o parte din pc ma lasa sa creez foldere etc; doar in my documents, my music etc..

Aseara antivirusu a gasit un virus si la bagat in quarantine, dar nu era virus, era un .dll de la un joc, si nu stiu de ce il vede ca virus tr/obusfcate, dupa ce a gasit acest dll si i-am dat restore object ca nu era virus, nu ma mai lasa sa creez foldere etc..
Cum rezolv?
Nu pot creea foldere etc..
