Eroare windows start-up

De fiecare dată când pornesc PC-ul , îmi apare această eroare :



Am căutat și pe net și nu am găsit nimic care să funcționeze (am încercat cu debifarea programelor din msconfig) .
Ma puteți ajuta ?

First, please check your startup items from Task Manager. If any item is not necessary, please disable it.
If the issue persists, then perform clean boot to check the result.
1. Press Win+R to call Run box. Type msconfig and click OK to start the System Configuration utility.
2. On the General tab, click the Selective startup option, and then click to clear the Load startup items check box.
3. On the Services tab, click to select the Hide all Microsoft services check box, and then click Disable all.
4. Click OK, and then click Restart.

Exact de ăsta am dat și eu ... tot nu merge .
