Am luat ban si destroy

Am jucat pe un sv de pb pe care jocde 5luni si intre timp mi-a dat ban si destroy pentru ca credea ca am cod. Am reintalat cs-ul de 7 ori si am sters si config.cfg imi apare de fiecare data coonsola alba si imaginea neagra

Incearca sa stergi registrii Valve.

Intra in Counter-Strike(folder)/cstrike apoi intra in config.cfg sterge tot si inlocuieste cu :
