Plugin / Server error

Salut, as dori si eu un plugin cu 10 levele in care fiecare level inseamna cateva kill-uri, de exemplu :-?
Level 1: 0/15
Level 2: 0/30
s.a.m.d.

Si DOAR la chat sa iti apara inainte numelui [Level x] Nume: Mesaj.

Stiti unde as putea gasi astfel de plugin functionabil ?

EDIT: Pentru a nu mai deschide alt topic, cum era acea comanda sa pentru a-ti activa sunetele headshot, multikill etc. din server ?

Nu vreau Plugin pentru asa ceva. Este o comanda cu setarile sv-ului care de acolo poti activa si sunetele.
