Eroarea cu "proxy" poate fi din mai multe cauze . Una o reprezinta suprasolicitarea serverului prin incarcarea lui cu foarte multe resurse (arme , moduri in general)
Cel mai sigur ar fi sa trimiti un ticket la host .

Dap, și dacă tot nu rezolvi nimic cu asta... o re-instalare la server ar fi indicat. Apoi pui pluginurile / addon-ul.

E din cauza ca am prea multe resurse in ftp si nu le folosesc sau ca sunt prea multe plugine care ruleaza ?

Prea multe plugine care ruleaza acele resurse :D Pluginele care nu sunt activate si care nu solicita resursele urcate pe FTP nu afecteaza cu nimic .
