Problema PayPal

Am uitat parola de la contul de paypal sau cel putin a fost schimbata, habar nu am. Este un cont mai vechi!
De fiecare data cand ii dau Recovery Password imi scrie ceva de genul:

Ce as putea sa ii fac? Multumesc anticipat! (Am facut ceea ce mi-a zis acolo, dar degeaba. Poate nu am inteles eu bine, astept niste raspunsuri de la voi)

Pai ei iti trimit un link de resetare pe acel email.
Intri in inbox si setezi o noua parola.
Ai un timp scurt de respectat pentru a completa actiunea. Atata tot. Ce probleme intampini?!
