Sal , am bagat niste teme pe windowsu meu si mi se vede asa la orice tema.. stiti de ce? si ce pot sa fac?

Click dreapta pe my computer -> properties -> Advanced -> Performance -> Settings.
Bifezi urmatoarele:

Show shadows under menus
Show shadows under menus pointer
Show window contents while dragging
Smooth edges of screen fonts
Use common tasks in folders
Use drop shadow for icon labels on desktop
Use visual styles on windows and buttons

P.S. Astea le poti face si daca dai click dreapta My Computer - Proprietes - General - Advanced si de acolo .
Pentru a putea face din My Computer trebuie sa dati pe desktop click dreapta - Proprietes - Desktop - Costumize Desktop si sa ai bifat My Computer .
Inca un P.S. : Acele modificari reduc din viteza de operare a sistemului :)
