Nu intra HLTV pe server

Salutare.
De ceva timp intampin problema asta si nu stiu cum sa ii dau de cap. :| (de ceva timp adica de cand am facut sv)
Cand vreau sa bag HLTV pe sv ii dau connect IP si imi arata acelasi mesaj la nesfarsit .

Am pus mai jos hltv.cfg. Ma gandesc ca poate este gresit pe acolo ceva. :| :-?

Serverul are parola ? Daca da, completeaza in cfg.

Iar in Cfg-ul cs-ului pune linia:

1 = cate HLTV-uri accepta serverul tau. Banuiesc ca era setat pe 0 :)

Serverul este un HLDS.Cand il deschid il deschid cu parola dar apoi sterg parola .
Care te referi tu ca este cfg'ul cs-ului?(pentru ca sv fiind un HLDS nu vad ce legatura are Cs-ul :D )
