Salut,
1: backup and delete your clientregistry.blob file (in your Steam folder tree somewhere)
2: logout of Steam and log back in
3: restart your computer
4: cl_timeout 30 ( in console )

firewall offf tot imi da eroarea ....... backup adica il sterg si il pun la loc sau cum explicati-mi la primu .... va rog :D
