Problema mape de iarna

Salut, am o problema, daca schimb pe orice alta mapa, server-ul nu are nimic, dar daca schimb pe o mapa de iarna, server-ul da crash dupa 5-10 minute, o rezolvare? (de_dust2_xmas / de_dust2_2x2_xmas), singura care merge este de_dust2_newyear.
Si inca o problema, care este comanda ca atunci cand esti mort si esti la o anumita echipa, sa poti da spec si pe cealalta echipa.

Pai aia, ca in consola nu-mi apare nimic.

Couldn't open file overviews/de_dust2_2x2_xmas.txt. Using default values for overiew mode.
Am gasit asta, dar fisierul text se afla in maps.
