Server Not Responding

Hi there, I want to connect to my friends server but in my cs 1.6 it says not responding and if i go to gametracker, there it is online. Any Solution?Server Port is 27027

The problem may be for several reasons, put the server's ip let's check if we can connect to the server.

The problem may be for several reasons, put the server's ip let's check if we can connect to the server.
Ip is: 193.192.59.222:27027 But everyone else can connect only i cannot

Is it because of your IP, what net provider do you have? change your IP and try again to see if you can enter, if you do not change the host.

How can i change my ip? can u guide me? btw i am from Pakistan

try with vpn..or talk with your friend to enable connections from all locations
